Anyone would say that I am not a “big shot” or a VIP customer. I do not have big accounts. I am a simple nurse, an immigrant,  and a single mom. So, I don’t consider myself a special person that Vahan would have made a special effort to please. He is good at what he does and he is caring regardless of who the customer is. Big shot or not.  Since the time I first connected with him about one year ago to refinance my house he has responded to emails within minutes, called me back within a couple of hours and he spend as much time as I needed on the phone to explain to me terms and lingo that I was not familiar. I asked him to make it as simple as talking to a five year old. He did. I understood. Then I could decide based on knowledge and not just on what others say.  Even before I refinanced and pulled money out last year, when I was shopping around to get the best interest rate, Vahan was able to find ways to give me the best rate. The last 6 months I’m trying to build a back house to use the money I pulled out after refinancing.
